Corporate structure

Brilwood Capital Partners is a trade name and operating division of Breakthrough Consulting FZCO, a company incorporated in the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai Digital Park, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Securities-related activity

Securities-related services, where applicable, are offered through Marco Polo Securities, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and Member FINRA / SIPC. Senior professionals of Brilwood Capital Partners are Foreign Associated Persons (FAPs) of Marco Polo Securities.

Brilwood Capital Partners and Breakthrough Consulting FZCO are advisory firms. Neither is itself a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Advisory, strategy, market-entry, and capital-formation consulting services are provided by Brilwood; securities transactions — where regulated activity is required — are conducted through Marco Polo Securities in accordance with applicable US securities laws.

Scope of services

Brilwood Capital Partners provides strategic advisory, market-entry and cross-border consulting, technology-sector advisory, partnership origination and structuring, and capital-formation advisory. Where an engagement requires regulated securities activity, the securities execution is conducted through Marco Polo Securities, Inc.

Any offering communicated with the assistance of Brilwood or Marco Polo Securities is made available only to qualified investors who meet the investor-eligibility criteria of the applicable jurisdiction — including but not limited to accredited investors, qualified purchasers, qualified institutional buyers, and equivalent categories under local law.
